2.0 Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to only the availability of the room.

Reservations May be made through the following ways:

-Website

-In person

Please note that guests are requested to provide personal details that are deemed true and correct to avoid any inconveniences

Private Policy

The personal details are only used for verification sake and the information shall not be used elsewhere other than the only reasons for bookings and reservations.

Terms and conditions have been set so that they should apply when you reserve a room at Izala Guest House. You shall be required to confirm the acceptance of these terms and conditions when a reservation has been made.

We do reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at anytime, therefore you are asked to double check them everytime a reservation is made.

The terms and conditions that will apply to your reservation will only be those in place on the date that your reservation is made.

2. Reservations

Online, direct call or email are the ways reservations can be made as long as the person doing that reset is 16 years old or above. It is important to note that the details of your reservation are complete and accurate before your confirmation.

Any delay or failure to perform in processing your booking due to misappropriation or incorrect information will not concern us and therefore we shall not be held responsible for what this can cause.

We promise to confirm our acceptance of reservation by sending you through an email that you used the time you were applying.

Incase an error has been made in your reservation, or there is a need for clarification or there is a need to make some changes to already confirmed reservation, please do not hesitate to contact us:

Check-In & Check-Out

Guests can check in at any time while check out time is between 09:00Hrs-10:00Hrs . Early check in or late check out May be available on request and may attract some other additional charges.

The changes in check out time are subject to change depending on the time you have checked in.

3. Right of admissions

Izala Guest House, at it’s discretion has the right to terminate the contact without prior notice or any warning

Payment Policy

-Payment May be made through the following ways

Cash

Mobile money transfer

bank Transfer

Any other legally accepted ways such as international online cash transfers

Full or part part payment May be required in order to confirm a booking. It is a requirement in our Payment Policy that all outstanding amounts should be settled by the time of checking in.
